Bandwidth took the time to explain the advantages of VoIP and some possible disadvantages. As a technical professional, I appreciated the approach of ‘this is how it is’ without the sales-man sugar coating techniques. As you know, our situation required that we move twice within a three month period.  We encountered several problems along the way which you and your team overcame and “saved the day.” One of those problems was our carrier’s inability to deliver our T-1 to our suite.  Your team helped our IT staff identify the T-1 and connect it correctly saving over a week in time.  While this is far and beyond the responsibility of Bandwidth.com, it genuinely appreciated. 

Our company migrated from a Cisco Call Manager platform to Bandwidth.com’s Phonebooth platform.  We are impressed with the platforms capabilities and ease of use.  We look forward to using Phonebooth as it continues to evolve and add new capabilities.
