While Bandwidth.com has great prices, it's the great relationship and support you provide that makes NHK continue / increase business with Bandwidth.com.  In today's telecom market someone will always give a lower price, but other providers cannot compete with the service you provide.

Being brand new to the VOIP area, I was very apprehensive, and demanding on issues, which in your professional demeanor handled all objections, and issues to our satisfaction. You were and have been very proactive beyond what was expected, with your service team and three way calls and making certain we were understanding of the issues.

We have subsequently added an additional line, of which again you were there to assist and clarify what exactly we wanted to get accomplished. It was done with out a glitch, as we have come to expect.
